Are you passionate about senior care? Are you a natural organizer with strong leadership skills? At Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and safe in the comfort of their own homes—and we're growing our team!

We're hiring a Care Manager to lead caregiver scheduling, recruitment, and care coordination. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients, caregivers, and leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit & Onboard new caregivers to meet client needs

  • Coordinate Schedules and match caregivers based on skills and availability

  • Train & Mentor caregivers through orientation and hands-on coaching

  • Support Client Onboarding and ensure care plans are being followed

  • Step In When Needed—provide occasional hands-on care if shifts go unfilled

  • Communicate with Families and address concerns professionally

  • Collaborate with Leadership to ensure quality, continuity, and client satisfaction


What You Bring

  • ✅ Bilingual or Multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply 

  • ✅ Previous caregiving or CNA experience — Required

  • ✅ Experience in healthcare management is preferred 

  • ✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • ✅ Compassionate and solutions-focused

  • ✅ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clear background check


Work Schedule

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (daytime hours)

  •  Rotating on-call (some evenings/weekends)

  •  Local travel to client homes 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $35,000–$42,000/year (based on experience)
