ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary focus of this position is to grow both revenue and utilization within the Retail Vertical, through new business development and organic growth of existing assigned national account customers. Account growth should include cross-selling opportunities for all WillScot assets, expansion within the customers' other divisions, and new business opportunities. This role partners with our field sales team and other critical internal functions to grow national account business and ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Win and Grow National Accounts
Expand current national account relationships into new divisions, regions, and use cases
Design and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and retention
Identify and secure new enterprise-level clients across key industries
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and vertical market insights
Create tailored pricing and proposal strategies that drive customer value and profitability
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and rate increase conversations with confidence
Be a Trusted Partner
Build strong executive-level relationships with your clients and internal stakeholders
Present solutions that align to customer goals, demonstrating clear ROI and operational value
Collaborate closely with Account Coordinators and field sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account expansion
Lead with Insight
Conduct industry-specific market planning to uncover new growth opportunities
Track performance and present business development updates with key stakeholders
Leverage customer insights to influence new offerings and improve positioning within verticals
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales or national account management, with experience negotiating complex, high-value deals
- 3+ years in an outside sales role, preferably within a fast-paced, B2B environment
- Demonstrated success developing new business and expanding customer relationships
- Executive presence with strong communication skills-confident presenting to C-Suite stakeholders
- Sharp financial acumen and comfort managing pricing and margin discussions
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and Tableau)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Travel up to 50% (overnight) as required
- Experience utilizing networking sites such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Base Wage Range: $137,900.00 - $193,100.00
Individual rates are based on a variety of factors such as degrees or certifications, skill-level and years of experience, and include considerations such as expected overtime and variable compensation pay such as bonuses or commission.
