As a Software Architect for Web Solutions, you will bring leadership, deep technical knowledge and experience into a team of software, test automation and quality assurance engineers. You will drive software architecture and software design within the department and collaborate across organization. With your architecture leadership you guide and mentor team members and ensure best possible technical landscape for our products.

In this role, you will:

• Apply yourself to and drive technology strategy, software architecture and software design efforts in our web-based solutions, in close collaboration with all of engineering, stakeholders within product and design, and enterprise architects

• Ability to develop strong influential relationships inside the organization, facilitate technology discussions across teams and departments, even outside Engineering

• Take initiatives in how to best develop and maintain good architecture and software design in any existing web-based products, as well as our new generation of web-based solutions

• Build a common understanding within the development team with regards to design patterns, software solution structures, testability, dependencies and interfaces to other systems

• Take a leading role in the team's planning of new features to drive good architecture and software design together with development teams and stakeholders

• Ensure software architecture, design and performance meets requirements of quality, security, privacy, maintainability, scalability, high availability, compatibility, configurability, etc

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

• At least 3 years of working experience in web-based environment as Software Architect

• Proven experience as Software Architect in a product organization for web-based solutions

• Proven experience in architecture, design, building and delivering new software and maintaining existing web solutions, preferably with .NET

• Full stack profile: Solid experience in building high quality web-based solutions

• Solid experience of appropriate deployment platforms for web-based solutions

• Experience with cloud-based deployments and operations, preferably with Microsoft Azure

• Good knowledge of database and other modeling method

• Understanding of software quality assurance principles

• A technical mindset with great attention to details

• Demonstrated ability to take both the long and short view into account when planning and making technical decisions

• Attentiveness and skill in navigating requirements from stakeholders in diverse disciplines

• Interpersonal skills to function effectively in a team environment

• Ability to act with seniority, professionalism and according to the Tobii Dynavox values
