Position Summary:
This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outlet according to department policies and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
- Maintains outlet cleanliness including but not limited to tables and trays, sweeping floors, keeping the area free of debris and emptying trash
- Sets up and maintains guest condiment areas for stock and cleanliness
- Returns trays to the individual outlets
- Performs side work and opening/closing duties, as directed by management
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates outlet inventory needs and furniture/fixture maintenance problems to management
- Relates to guests and provides information regarding casino amenities and events, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
- Previous guest service experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
- Proficient in outlet operations and standards of service
Training Requirements:
- Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fact paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
