Advantage Refrigeration is Hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician!
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Peoria, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers great learning opportunities and the chance to grow with a team that values quality, professionalism, and integrity. Employment Type: Full-Time
Wage Range: $25–$38/hour
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential or commercial settings
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Ensure systems comply with all safety and environmental standards
- Accurately complete service records and communicate with clients professionally
- Work closely with team members to meet client needs efficiently
Requirements
- EXCEPTIONAL work ethic — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and delivers results
- Dependable, motivated, and punctual — showing up ready to work, every day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Active HVAC Certification
- EPA Type II Certification for refrigerant handling
