Job Description
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
Tender loads to carriers based on customer service, capacity, pricing, production times, etc.Communicate carrier information to shipping and help facilitate loadsOptimize loads to reduce costs and improve customer serviceTrack loads from shipment to deliveryCommunicate with sales and customers to provide accurate and latest updates on their shipmentsWork through emergency situations as they arise and direct the situation to appropriate managementAbility to work overtime as needed
