We are currently seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Analyst to join our organization. As the Learning & Development Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness through data-driven insights. You will analyze data, design assessments, and monitor performance metrics to measure learning outcomes and business impact. You will collaborate with L&D leadership to identify skill gaps and define Key Performance Indicators (KPI), to align training with strategic goals. You will contribute to continuous improvement of organizational learning by delivering clear, actionable program reporting and collaborates closely with the L&D Operations

To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs, including but not limited to Core Classes, Business Communication, Certification Testing, and leadership development initiatives.
• Designs, administers, and analyzes assessments and feedback tools, including surveys and forms, to measure learner knowledge acquisition, retention, engagement, and skill development. Creates and analyzes surveys and feedback forms to gauge learner satisfaction and engagement. Monitors performance metrics quarterly, using BVS, such as new hire productivity, quality scores, and behavioral changes, to assess the real-world application of training.
• Uses statistical tools such as Excel and BVS, and data visualization techniques to identify trends, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Prepares detailed reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making in collaboration with L&D leadership, senior and executive leadership, and the Operations Director.
• Partners with L&D leadership to monitor and evaluate all training classes such as but not limited to Core, Leadership, and Business Communication classes for impact, reviewing stakeholder feedback received from surveys and meetings, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with L&D Leadership to establish evaluation frameworks and timelines and communicate key findings through presentations and reports after each class, and ad-hoc requests from leadership.
• Reviews alignment of training initiatives with evolving organizational goals and workforce needs with L&D Director monthly.
