Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with over 5 years of experience to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety and compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks, including identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for materials, labor, and services.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including owners, senior management, and team members.
- Resolve conflicts or delays promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project reports.
- Work with city officials on permitting and inspection to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction, preferably in project management.
- History of managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, trades, & standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
