- Assistant Branch Manager
- Branch Manager
General Responsibilities May Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in branch or lending operations
- Processing transactions, loan documentation, and account maintenance
- Supporting digital banking systems and resolving technical issues
- Managing or assisting in branch operations and sales targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for some roles)
- 1-5+ years of experience in banking, lending, customer service, HR, or IT
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to multiple assignments
- Bilingual Skills Preferred
