CACI is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Leader to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES 2).
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for our global IT asset management function, aligning practices with organizational goals, driving innovation, and managing a team of asset management professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the global IT asset management strategy, aligning with IAITAM framework and business objectives (CITAM)
Lead a team of IT asset managers across multiple regions, providing mentorship and guidance
Establish and maintain global policies, processes, and standards for IT asset management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset lifecycle management and reduce costs
Oversee complex software licensing agreements and negotiations with major vendors (CSAM)
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT asset management
Collaborate with senior leadership to align asset management with IT governance and financial management
Lead the evaluation and implementation of advanced asset management technologies
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards across all regions
Develop and maintain an IT Asset Management maturity model for the organization (CITAM)
Required Qualifications:
Must hold an active secret level clearance
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT asset management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
Proven experience in managing global IT asset portfolios
Strong understanding of financial management principles related to IT assets
Experience with enterprise-level IT asset management tools and integration with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow and WASP)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
