Job Description
Assisting the Community Business Director in the management of the community's business office. Ensuring that goals and objectives of the business office are adhered to.
Assist Community Business Director with the hiring process of new team members; maintaining files for all team members and residents.
Assisting with accounts receivable/payable.
Interacting with residents and their families, acknowledging concerns and solving problems.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Community Business Director.
