We are seeking a personable, dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate understands that this is a temporary job to assist in our growing team. They will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The Lead Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Requirements

Duties

  • Assist in scheduling staff on a daily basis. Must be adaptable to understand the constant change in operations.
  • Check in staff onsite. May work as early as 5:00am depending on work shifts. Ensure proper dress code and attendance. Reach out to employees if they are running late.
  • Work with the departmental managers to ensure proper staffing needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, which may including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Utilize various apps to assist with timekeeping, applicant tracking and payroll processes.
  • Conduct interviews on the phone and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Work with large groups of people on a daily to ensure proper staffing needs.
  • Comfortable in dealing with constant change.
  • Positive attitude and utilizes the highest level of customers service, hospitality and Aloha spirit to every team member, manager and customers.

Experience

  • Must have strong administrative skills, computer proficient.
  • Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00-25.00/hr

Expected hours: 12-15 hours per week,
