Insurance Sales Professional
The Lou Fusz Insurance is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional at our Lou Fusz Mazda location to procure new and manage existing business for our growing agency. Requirements
- P&C License
- Excellent Verbal Communication
- Strong Sales Process/Closing Skills
- Direct Marketing Experience
- P/C Skills (some Word and Excel)
- Attention to Detail
- Ambitious, Energetic Attitude!
Responsibilities
- Soliciting for new business using verification of sold vehicle leads and daily fax leads. Preparing quotes for these prospects, making sales presentations, and closing sales. Minimum of 10 new prospects with a bundled renters, home or condo, for a total of 20 quotes per day.
- Following up on all unsold quotes/”X-dates”
- Managing new business follow up paperwork to include homeowner’s inspection results and cancellation of prior insurance (auto and home, etc.)
- Securing ALL “trailing documents” from clients on written property/casualty and endorsement business, i.e. proof of prior insurance, proof or roof age, proof of good student discount
- Participating iin required agency training, required CE and company mandated training
- Handling incoming customer service calls (average 7 per day) vehicle change, address change, take payments, etc. and take opportunity to cross sell any additional lines to the household
- Setting Financial Services Appointments (2 life leads per week minimum) for life/financial services quotes (do not need to be life licensed to generate leads)
- Other duties as required
Monthly Commission Compensation: Lou Fusz Insurance offers a competitive base weekly pay plus great commissions on all new business written. Chargebacks do occur when policy is not in force for a minimum of 6 months.
Compensation is to be paid on the 15th (or paycheck closest to the 15th) of the month following production.
