Service & Measure Tech – Windows & Bath Remodeling
Location: Charlotte, Asheville NC | Greenville, Columbia SC (Travel Paid)
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500/week + Mileage Reimbursement
Type: Full-Time
If you know your way around a tape measure, can spot an installation issue before it happens, and want to work independently while being part of a respected home improvement company—this job is for you.
We’re hiring a skilled technician who knows bathrooms and windows, can measure accurately, and help prep jobs for smooth installs. This is a field role, not a desk job. You'll be on the road, in customers’ homes, solving problems before they start.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Measure bathrooms and window openings to exact specs
- Knock out minor service calls and punch list work
- Communicate with customers and install teams
- Make sure the install teams have everything they need to do it right the first time
You Bring:
- Hands-on remodeling or install experience (especially in baths/windows)
- A sharp eye for measurements and details
- A truck/van and basic tools
- A strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Willingness to travel throughout NC/SC
