Description

Dr. Wendy Spektor at Spektor Dental, a partner at Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a talented and compassionate full-time Dental Hygienist to join her team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

$5k sign on bonus offered. Dr. Spektor offers competitive pay and benefits. The hourly wage range for this position is $65 - $75+/hr. dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
  • Take and record radiographic images.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
  • Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
  • Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
  • Compassionate patient centric approach.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
