Occupational Therapist

Join our award-winning, therapist-led team at Able Care Mobile Therapy, where you’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes—not in a clinic or facility. We're seeking Occupational Therapists who want schedule flexibility, independence, and the ability to deliver impactful care.

We are currently looking for OTs based in or able to travel to Colorado Springs, Aurora, Littleton, and Castle Rock, CO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients in their homes
• Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver interventions such as ADL retraining, cognitive therapy, and therapeutic exercises
• Provide education to caregivers and families to support home-based goals
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient support
• Accurately document all patient interactions per agency guidelines

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Colorado OT license (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel and treat patients in their homes
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and managing in-home patient care needs
