Looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the real estate industry? Join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. We are looking for an Experienced Assistant Property Manager for our new luxury apartment community in Merrimack, NH.
The successful candidate must have 5 Years prior On Site Property Management or Leasing experience, polished communications skills, supervisory experience, be well organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities Include:
- Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
- Assisting in the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
- Resident Relations provide pleasant and timely communications with all residents
- Proficient in Yardi and Rent Cafe
- Market Rate Experience
- College Degree required
