What you’ll do:
Zefr is seeking an Account Executive who’s hungry to make an impact and accelerate their career in digital media sales. This is an exciting opportunity to break into the independent and mid-sized agency market — helping brands and advertisers navigate brand safety, suitability, and performance across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
You’ll work alongside a high-performing sales team to identify growth opportunities, prospect new clients, and support full-cycle sales conversations. Prospect and build relationships with independent and mid-sized media agencies and advertisers
Support senior sellers in the sales cycle, including research, pitch development, and follow-up
Identify new revenue opportunities within your book of business and contribute to pipeline growth
Understand Zefr’s products and confidently communicate how they help clients solve brand suitability, adjacency, and media performance challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Strategy, Marketing, Ad Ops) to ensure seamless client experience
Stay up to date on industry trends and client needs to inform your outreach and recommendations
Track and report on sales activities and progress toward goals using internal systems (e.g. Salesforce)
What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or digital marketing (agency or platform experience a plus)
Strong communication skills — comfortable on email, phone, and in meetings
Passion for social platforms and emerging media
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by learning and results
Curiosity and desire to grow within a dynamic sales organization
Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this role is $60,000–$80,000, with eligibility for commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
