Where you will work:

Hybrid role with two-three days per week in the Princeton, NJ office

A Day in the Life of the Marketing Specialist:

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, including content creation and/or working with the email marketing team.
• Planning and executing events, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities.
• Developing marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, customer facing materials. This includes proofreading, editing, and sign off of digital and print materials.
• Providing general administrative support to the marketing team and other departments, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence as needed. Management of department tools and resources including Vimeo, Docusign, Contracts, and historical archive of materials. Release forms, taxing rules for prizing.
• Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Ability to maintain invoice tracking, reconciliation of expenses, and base-level budget management.
• Coordinating with external vendors, such as printers, designers, and promotional item suppliers. Curate relationships across all departments.
• Ensuring all marketing materials are current, accurate, and reflect the brand's identity.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Track and analyze results of marketing department initiatives.
• Effectively communicating with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other teams to improve/enhance customer experience.
• Other Duties as Assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of internet, video and mobile projects and services.
• Experience synthesizing information and critical details for leadership, and driving implementation of decisions and department ops direction.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude who adapts well to changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, experimentation and iteration, and are able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Proficient in the utilization of all the Google and Microsoft Office Suite programs, including, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• 3+ years Relevant Telecommunications experience

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business or Marketing.

Base Salary: The base salary range in New Jersey for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to New Jersey and may not be applicable to other locations.
