Full-time.
Pharmacy Technician experience highly preferred.

Poudre Infusion Therapy at Columbine is a healthcare service provider that offers outpatient healthcare services to patients suffering from acute and chronic illnesses across various age groups. Our staff is made up of local healthcare professionals from Northern Colorado who are compassionate and dedicated to providing patient-centered care. We are located at 915 Centre Ave Suite #3 in Fort Collins, CO and our healthcare services can be received in the comfort of your home, at Columbine facilities, or ambulatory infusion suites. About the Role: As an Office Manager at Poudre Infusion Therapy, you will:
Coordinate patient appointments and intake by discussing paperwork, explaining next steps, and sending satisfaction surveys, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and documenting all interactions.
Support daily operations by assisting with patient form creation and delivering orders to patients and nursing staff as needed.
Manage office operations by ordering supplies, mail distribution, document scanning, overseeing invoices, and forwarding high-value invoices to management for approval.
Assist with insurance prior authorizations and perform benefit investigations to confirm coverage before appointments.
Act as a liaison between staff and management, help coordinate patient care and support the director with marketing initiatives.
Monitor business trends and statistics for nursing and pharmacy, provide suggestions for improvement, and train staff in computer systems and processes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
High school degree . Higher education related to pharmacy or other medical field highly preferred.
Must be 18 years old.
Must have a current driver’s license and possess reliable transportation.
Office experience preferred.
Medical assistant experience preferred.
Skills:
Effectively communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Efficiently managing tasks such as inventory control, paperwork, and medication delivery to maintain smooth pharmacy operations.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $18 - $27/hr. DOE
