PRIMARY POSITION SUMMARY AS ISSUER: This position includes, but is not limited to the following: Issues and disburses funds for all new consumer and business loans, continual servicing of all consumer and business loans, processing credit life and disability applications, suspending open end loans due to annual review of accounts, qualifying vehicles for market value, reviewing incoming AutoDrafts for acceptance, recasting of loan payments for correction purposes, handling of deceased member accounts, issuing stop payments on AutoDrafts, completing indemnity agreements for AutoCheck stop payments, vehicle collateral exchanges, preparing subsequent action notices for retail installment loans, ordering supplies, answering member calls, responding to member emails, processing daily approval and denial letters, and performing loan maintenance, interacting with dealers and other agencies. SECONDARY POSITION SUMMARY AS BACKUP FOR TITLE SUPPORT: This position includes, but is not limited to the following: Sending title notices, preparing DMV documents to perfect lien information on Pennsylvania and Out of State vehicle titles, preparing and mailing amended security agreement documents, releasing lien information for paid in full loans, processing title name and state changes, opening and distributing Consumer Loan mail, SCRA adjustments, researching and correctly credit bureau information, processing insurance and gap claims for damaged vehicles, interacting with dealers, and outside agencies such as insurance companies and state motor vehicle offices. Assist when needed in answering member calls.
Schedule: 9:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday
In this position, you will
- Loan Application and Policy Review: Performs pre-issue review of loan applications and member accounts, reviews issuing data, and analyzes share and certificate information to ensure all are within PSECU loan policy.
- Collateral Security and Loan Disbursement: Secures PSECU collateral for various loans, disburses checks for different types of loans, and establishes Auto loans for cleared AutoDrafts.
- Loan Documentation and Compliance: Prepares and reviews loan documents for accuracy and compliance with loan policy, ensures loan setup is correct, and processes SCRA adjustments to comply with Federal laws and regulations.
- Member Communication and Support: Answers member phone calls and emails, recasting of payments, and provides detailed member counseling on complex issues.
- Operational Responsibilities: Assists with testing of new loan products and software, supports other areas of Credit Services as needed, and is responsible for securing check, disclosure, and member information at close of business each day.
- Back Up: Management and Processing of Loan Titles and Related Services at PSECU: This includes auditing, researching, recording, and resolving issues related to automobile titles and liens, handling payments and disputes, and providing member services related to loans and credit. The tasks also involve collaboration with external entities like the Pennsylvania Automotive Association, Department of Transportation, and other financial institutions. The goal is to ensure the perfection of PSECU's security interest and compliance with its loan policies and procedures.
