About this position
Job duties:
- Assist the IT Director with various duties.
- Inventory and Organization.
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of IT assets hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain and organize IT inventory systems using spreadsheet or inventory management software.
- Clearly label and categorize IT equipment with barcodes or assets tags.
- Organize and clean up physical storage spaces for IT equipment and supplies (e.g., server rooms, cable closets)
- Assist with preparing and deploying new user workstations.
- Update IT documentation (e.g., network diagrams, user manuals).
- Perform data backups and archiving tasks as instructed.
