Job Description
NW Sports, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our team in Tumwater, WA.
SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $105,000

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure
