Job Description
Opportunity for a Construction Superintendent (Traveling) to oversee the construction and installation of food production facilities across the country. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the entire construction process for adherence to plans and specifications.
- Plan and coordinate the construction schedule, budget, and resources.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to see that the project runs seamlessly.
- Develop and implement effective construction strategies, including safety protocols, quality control, and project tracking.
- Track project progress and report on status to management and clients.
- Conduct inspections to review compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Train and manage onsite construction teams so they meet project expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management and supervision.
- Experience with industrial projects a plus.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes.
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80% of the time, including living on-site.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize assignments efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
