Heavy Equipment Operator – CDL Required

We’re hiring a skilled Grinder Truck Operator to join our growing team. If you have a Class A or B CDL, mechanical know-how, and experience operating grinder trucks or similar equipment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate heavy equipment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with supervisors and crew to keep production moving
- Interact professionally with DOT inspectors and engineers as needed
- Follow all job site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete daily logs, inspections, and fuel reports
What We’re Looking For:

Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and move safely around large equipment
- Willing to work nights or weekends if the project requires it
- Must pass a drug screening and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
