We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize our procurement and supply chain operations. What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to support production and business needs

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and on-time delivery of materials

• Manage vendor relationships and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to avoid shortages or excess inventory

• Issue and track purchase orders through to successful delivery and fulfillment

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, engineering, and finance

• Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory management systems

• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs, and increase supply chain efficiency

• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
