We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize our procurement and supply chain operations. If you're excited by the challenge of helping deliver mission-critical components to some of the most advanced networks in the world, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to support production and business needs
Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and on-time delivery of materials
Manage vendor relationships and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements to avoid shortages or excess inventory
Issue and track purchase orders through to successful delivery and fulfillment
Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, logistics, engineering, and finance
Maintain accurate records in ERP and inventory management systems
Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs, and increase supply chain efficiency
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
