Responsibilities:
·Lead and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed sales targets.
·Create a positive, dynamic in-store environment to engage both customers and team members.
·Drive individual and team performance through competitive sales strategies and coaching.
·Support training of new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
·Maintain order and ensure compliance with store procedures, policies, and rules.
·Act as the main point of contact for in-store AT&T promotions and ensure a strong brand presence.
Requirements:
·Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work.
·Strong verbal communication skills with a highly outgoing and engaging personality.
·Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to motivate a team toward shared success.
·Able to maintain organization and follow established procedures.
·Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, especially in team-oriented roles.
·Passion for growth and career advancement in a supportive team setting.
