Panhandle Getaways, a locally owned vacation rental property management company with over 900 rentals along Florida's beautiful Panhandle, is seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Customer Service Agents to join our team in Panama City Beach. We manage front desks at several resorts, including Calypso, Sterling Breeze, Origins, Summerhouse, and Grand Panama, offering a fun and supportive workplace where guests are on vacation and eager to enjoy their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Check guests in and out efficiently, providing information about available rooms, rates, and amenities.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Answer phone inquiries and assist with reservations.

  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs.

  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

✅ Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in vacation rental or hotel guest services/front desk.

  • A positive and enthusiastic customer service attitude.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, and weekend hours.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Location

This position is based in Panama City Beach, FL, and requires in-person attendance.
