Position: Unit Manager, Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: NHC HealthCare Charleston - 2230 Ashley Crossing Drive, Charleston, SC 29414
Job Type: Full-Time

As a Unit Manager (RN), you will play a key leadership role in supporting our mission of excellence in care while using your clinical skills, leadership abilities, and compassionate nature to make a real difference every day.
Position Highlights:
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and individualized care plans.
Maintain open, ongoing communication with patients and families to promote involvement in care decisions.
Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff, fostering a supportive team culture.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:
Active South Carolina RN license
New graduate nurses (GNs/GPNs) are welcome to apply!
