Job Summary
The Motorcycle Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality work with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and custom installations
- Complete performance upgrades
- Maintain proper documentation of services performed
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- 1+ years of motorcycle technician experience (Harley-Davidson preferred)
- MMI graduate or equivalent technical training a plus
- Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- Must provide own basic tools
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
