Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Waterville, ME. This per-diem position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patient recovery and care quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Provide wound care and assist with clinical procedures
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Encourage and support rehabilitation goals through empathetic care
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification
- Experience: At least 1 year in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
- Technical Skills:
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency
- Soft Skills: Compassionate, communicative, and dependable team player
