Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour ($83,200 - $104,000 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500
About the Role
Joint Academy, a leader in tech-enhanced musculoskeletal care, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient clinic in Stanwood, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, collaborative care team and deliver 1-on-1 patient-centered therapy in a supportive, growth-oriented setting. Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized, 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions
- Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions
- Create customized care plans based on individual needs and goals
- Document care using Joint Academy's cutting-edge digital tools
- Collaborate with physical therapists, PTAs, and support staff
- Educate patients and caregivers on progress, exercises, and goals
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
