Are you a passionate HR professional ready to make a real impact? We are looking for an energetic and collaborative HR Business Partner to be responsible for the employee lifecycle and champion our culture within one of our plants on our Solon campus.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Championing the Employee Journey: You'll be the go-to person for the entire employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and benefits administration to performance management and offboarding.
Driving Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees on a variety of actions, including employee relations, talent development, and organizational design.
Shaping Our Culture: Promote a professional and enjoyable workplace by driving key engagement initiatives that reinforce our values and grow high-performing teams.
Enhancing Communication: Facilitate effective employee communications, ensuring our teams are informed about organizational changes, key updates, and company news.
Leading HR Innovation: Collaborate with HR teams across the business on exciting project work and identify opportunities for new initiatives that improve the overall employee experience.
Ensuring Operational Excellence: Maintain data integrity within our HRIS and ensure smooth, accurate processes for pay reviews and other key functions.
YOU HAVE:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
Experience supporting manufacturing functions is highly preferred.
