Are you looking for a new career that impacts lives by creating smiles for a lifetime? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and self-motivated individual to become a member of our team as a Dental Assistant.
Our Traveling Dental Assistant will assist the dentist with patients to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Perform clinical and technical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist. Prepare patient operatory and equipment and assist the doctor during examination and treatment.
Note: This role supports our Kansas City and Raymore, MO clinics and requires weekly travel to these locations:
401 Laurus Dr, Raymore, MO 64083 and 4135 N. Mulberry Dr, Kansas City, MO 64116
A few specific job duties:
● Must communicate clearly and calmly the treatment needs to parent and patient utilizing the prescribed treatment plan.
● Must be able to recognize and identify prior authorization requirements, along with ensuring signed consent forms.
● Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients.
● Provide clear and concise documentation of all treatment rendered using electronic and paper dental records and forms
- Requires travel to both our Raymore, MO and Kansas City, MO clinics.
In summary, the goal is to serve and provide superior support to doctors and to be an example of respect and caring for our customers and office personnel.
Qualifications:
● Dental Assistant permit preferred but not required
● CPR certification preferred.
● Expanded function permit preferred
● 1+ years of Dental Assisting preferred.

● Computer literacy using google suites
● You can work independently and be able to anticipate the needs of the team and doctor.
