Global GTM Operations Team at TRACTIAN

At TRACTIAN the GTM Operations team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the data infrastructure, systems, and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience.

What you'll do

As a GTM Data Engineer at Tractian, you will architect and scale our revenue data analytics and infrastructure to supercharge our GTM engine. Your focus will be on managing a customer data lake, automating account enrichment and revenue workflows. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role that blends data engineering, analytics, and GTM strategy with best of breed tools.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage the data architecture, automation, and governance for our GTM systems, with a focus on Clay, ZoomInfo, BigQuery.
    • Automate waterfall enrichment workflows at the company, contact, and lead level by orchestrating multiple data providers to ensure Sales and Marketing always operate on relevant and accurate data.
    • Build and maintain a single source of truth for GTM targeting by pulling together data from CRM, data provider enrichment, engagement, and product usage data to power segmentation, ICP scoring, and territory planning.
    • Designing and integrating LLM-based systems to enrich account and contact level data
    • Create scalable processes for lead routing, deal tracking, and customer lifecycle workflows using HubSpot workflows, APIs
    • Enable data-driven decision-making by aligning GTM analytics with executive reporting, pipeline management, and sales productivity metrics.
    • Partner closely with RevOps, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to improve seller workflows, define KPIs, and ensure data consistency across tools.
    • Proactively identify areas for automation and workflow efficiency; build scalable solutions for repetitive GTM processes.
    • Document and maintain clear technical processes for internal GTM systems and provide enablement for end users.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in a technical GTM engineer, data analytics, or data systems role—preferably in high growth B2B SaaS.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems like HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and data warehouses.
    • Strong experience in writing SQL and using BI/reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or HubSpot Reports.
    • Comfort with API integrations and at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript) to automate and connect tools.
    • Experience managing large datasets and transforming GTM insights into tactical recommendations.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for automation and scale.
    • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Aligns with our mission and values of Tractian
