Job Summary:

As an Appointment Setter for Swave, you will play a crucial role by directly engaging with homeowners to promote our solar energy systems and home security products. If you're an outgoing person, love helping others and want to surround yourself with talented professionals, this is a great fit for you! You will be responsible for generating leads and educating homeowners on the benefits or solar and home security. We also have closing opportunities for those who want to close their own leads!

Responsibilities:

• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and home security
• Set up appointments with homeowners 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals and door-to-door canvassing
• Sit down and review proposals with homeowners to close sales 

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or the Service industry is not required but is preferred

Schedule

• Full-Time & Part-Time options
• Flexible Schedule
• Weekend availability 

Compensation:

• Commission based
  
• $5,000-$8,000 per month average
  
• $10,000+ per month for top performers 
• Weekly Pay 
• Bonus' and incentives
