The Role 

As a Production Design Assistant, you'll work closely with lead designers to prepare digital content, support platform development, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. You'll help keep projects on track and beautiful—applying branding guidelines, optimizing media, and maintaining content consistency across devices and platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Update and format content in a CMS 
  • Prepare and optimize graphics and photos for web use 
  • Test web content across browsers and devices for quality and accuracy 
  • Organize files and assets with care and consistency 
  • Collaborate with lead designers and project managers 
  • Meet deadlines and contribute to smooth project launches 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and organization 
  • Experience editing content and managing assets in CMS platforms 
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) 
  • Strong communication skills—asks smart questions, provides clear updates 
  • Comfortable testing content across multiple devices and browsers 
  • Able to learn quickly, work under pressure, and stay flexible 

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Skills) 

  • Experience creating or maintaining websites 
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or sitemap development 
  • Production art and image optimization techniques 
  • Front-end design awareness and problem-solving skills
