Job Description
The Roofing Supervisor mission is to coordinate the on-time and on-budget completion of builds according to the initial job files and any addenda or changes made during the time the job is open. The Roofing Supervisor does this by updating Job Files and the records within, and through timely and accurate communication with Production Team and Sales internally, and with Crews, Vendors, and Homeowners externally.
POSITION REQUISITES
The Roofing Supervisor position requires the following knowledge, experience, and skills as well as strict adherence to the Process Guidelines set forth:
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES
- Project Kick Off & Production Oversight (all trades)
- Complete material pick-ups, walk arounds, and Post Construction checklist
- Enter proper notation in the CRM for each project per Process Guidelines
- Daily Dry-In reported to production manager Supply runs during production, as needed Material returns, as needed
- Repairs as needed
- Review Special Instructions with Crew
- Final Inspection and Post production Checklist Material Check Ins, as needed
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Broad knowledge of various construction trades. Above average interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent drive and determination for exceeding expectations and advancement within the company. CRM experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Goal oriented and accountable to job requirements and responsibilities.
