RMA and Promotions Coordinator Job Description
Job Summary:
The Return Material Authorizations and Promotions Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Procurement Operations. The RMA and Promotions Coordinator will facilitate the timely and successful execution of RMA's, Promotions and Closeout Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Promotions process.
- Oversee all RMAs for the Procurement Team
- Request Return Goods Authorizations for non-moving stock and defective items
- Oversee defective returns companywide
- Verify defective goods upon return to DC
- Work closely with vendors to ensure credits/replacements are received in a timely manner
- Resolve outstanding issues regarding credit
- Manage and process inbound credits properly and timely.
- Host monthly meetings to collaborate with other teams in deciding what items will be on Promo
- Create a spreadsheet workbook that includes all pertinent information for promo items prior to each promo period. • Build a relationship with vendors to collaborate on upcoming promos. o This includes working with the Events Coordinator to get "Counter Days" scheduled to coincide with Promo timelines, facilitating the distribution of vendor supplied signage, and inquiring about potential discounts on promo items.
- Adjust Levels in stores as well as create Bundles of Material in SAP.
- Run analysis of each Promo Period and Closeout items to track successes and failures.
- Provide clear communication to all stores regarding direction on Promos and Close Outs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Procurement Operations
