Job Description
Roof Foreman
Typical Duties & Requirements:
- Ability to diagnose roof leaks and make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
- Repair jobs and roof maintenance. Working knowledge of commercial/ industrial roofing procedures and safety.
- Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit, metal roof repairs and slope tiles/ shingles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening test.
- 10 years of roof experience (preferred).
- Speak English & Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling.
Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:
- Starting $23.50 per hour. Salary is based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
