LSF is looking for a Membership Concierge to join our Leadership Team! This person should be an extrovert, eager to chat with members, professional, and have an enthusiasm for community. With several years experience in some type of sales, community marketing, concierge services, or similar. Responsibilities include member guest passes, guest entry, guest follow up, community outreach, offsite events for marketing, and lead generation to support the sales team. The successful candidate will take on a key leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality company. The role provides an opportunity to grow and develop in an organization with a mission that has real positive social impact, in addition to aggressive business goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience in customer service
Exceptional ability to provide high level of service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Weekend availability, this role requires working one full day a weekend
Strong ability to problem solve and adapt to situations as they arise
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
