Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to join our fast-growing security company in Southern California.
Requirements:
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor in a corporate environment
- Former law enforcement or military training is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of SOP in corporate environments
- Strong computer skills
- Must possess a valid guard card
- Must be able to go through background check process
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with management
- Creating and managing schedules
- Handling call-offs and coverage adjustments
- Conducting site checks to ensure post compliance
- Providing field support and working in the field as needed
