We're Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California
Location: San Rafael, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefits
Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families on their mental health journey? We are seeking a Remote LMFT based in California to join our dynamic and compassionate team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team as needed
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted California LMFT license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Previous telehealth experience is a plus
