Job Description
Position Summary:
In the position of Sr. Legal Administrator, you will Support the corporate legal team by assisting with the execution of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain and update the internal global entity management (GEMs) database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of corporate records.
- Support corporate subsidiary team by tracking and maintaining corporate ownership structures, including preparing organizational charts using Microsoft Visio.
- Support in maintaining corporate minute books in both paper and electronic formats.
- Handle document management tasks, including scanning, copying, filing, and maintaining electronic records.
- Support the corporate legal team by assisting with the execution of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive materials, maintaining discretion at all times.
- Assist with notarization and apostille requests, if applicable.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external counsel, and business units.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Business Administration, Paralegal studies, or related experience
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in working in a law firm or in‐house corporate legal department
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in role acting as the link between a client and the legal professional
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced in Microsoft applications including Word and PowerPoint
- Preferred Certifications: Notary Public desired
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Requires prior experience working databases and document management as well as excellent communication skills, the ability to manage tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work well in a fast‐paced, team environment.
Base Salary Range: $36.00 - $48.00 Per Hour
