Drayer Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Middletown, PA
Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family, is proud to be part of a nationwide network of over 1,200 clinics and 26 brand partners, leading the way in outpatient physical therapy.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians with a strong interest in orthopedic/sports rehab and/or neuro/vestibular therapy to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What we are looking for…
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
