What You'll Do:

• Master the Solar Sales Process – Engage in hands-on training to build your expertise.
• Generate Leads – Utilize door-to-door outreach and networking strategies (5 days per week required).
• Educate Homeowners – Explain the benefits of solar energy and the no-cost solar options.
• Achieve Sales Targets – Strive to exceed performance goals and accelerate career growth.
• Attend In-Person Training – Participate in team meetings in Cherry Hill, NJ (required).
