At UFC GYM Lancaster, we offer independent contractors the opportunity to rent space in our fully equipped, 20,000 sq. ft. facility, featuring:

✅ Free weights, lifting platforms, and functional training turf
✅ Private rooms for small group sessions
✅ Grappling room, heavy bag area, and more
✅ Full locker rooms, saunas, smoothie bar, and ample parking

Whether you're training one-on-one or small groups, our clean, professional, and well-maintained gym provides everything you need to elevate your training business.

We’re conveniently located inside Park City Center Mall, open 7 days a week:

Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sun: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
