Job Description
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist for an open position at an Independent Living and Assisted Living Clinic in Brenham, TX. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
