Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of design, planning, and execution? As the Manager of Representative Store Planning & Architectural Standards, you'll lead a talented team that turns big design ideas into real-world store solutions. If you love solving complex problems, guiding teams through change, and making a visible impact-this role is for you.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually at home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota

  • Guide your team through ambiguity with clear direction, coaching, and a focus on inclusion and engagement.
  • Continuously improve planning tools and documentation to reflect evolving codes, construction practices, and business goals.
  • Champion a positive team culture that values trust, transparency, and professional growth.

Basic Qualifications
