Primary Responsibilities:
Lead teams and large initiatives through digital strategy creation, ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features, products, and platforms
Drive the full product life cycle of digital product development with focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, task completion, increased conversion, growth, and retention
Analyze site performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to accelerate growth, drive user acquisition, retention, and overall app success
Manage long-term roadmaps and drive long-term scalability balancing with day-to-day improvements across multiple product areas
Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations
Develop strategy, business cases, and roadmaps for new and existing digital products
Collaborate with Business, Marketing, Research, Digital, and Data Analytic teams
Stay current with development trends, tools, and technologies. Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to digital teams across Optum ecosystem
Setup processes and best practices for optimal creation & ops of websites or its capabilities
Define product requirements and coordinate development efforts as the product leader

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in Product Management building digital experiences
5+ years of leadership experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
Experience with UX/UI best practices, SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing principles
Extensive experience in strategy development & dreaming up new features and capabilities
Significant experience product managing and optimizing web capabilities such as search, personalization, recommendations, and chat
Knowledge of web and mobile design trends and responsive web development
Robust competency in managing website health metrics and raising site performance
Proven ability to drive alignment across senior executives, business leads and technical leads
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative consumer experiences at scale
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at both B2C and B2B companies
Experience with Adobe AEM
Similar product experience in ecommerce managing product catalog, cart/checkout
Working with ML/AI
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
